Precisely adjust the barrel profile

In addition to the INFINI by TEDEM regeneration,
it is possible to adapt the aromatic profile of the barrels
using an infrared heating system.

This technique allows a precise, controlled and uniform
temperature increase, without altering the wood structure.

  • intervene after regeneration to revalorize the barrel

Chauffe légère

Light toast

Subtle oak, fresh and mineral notes

Chauffe moyenne

Medium toast

Balance between roundness and complexity

Chauffe moyenne +

Medium + toast

More pronounced profile, roasted notes

Spirits option – “char” toast

For spirits applications,
barrels can be toasted in “char” mode.

This toasting allows:

  • surface charring
  • intense aromatic development
  • adaptation to whisky, rum or other spirits profiles
